High Holiday Services at SDJA's comfortable indoor location.

We're thrilled to present an outstanding lineup of quality speakers who will inspire and enrich your spiritual journey during these special days.

Rabbi Alexander Seinfeld will lead breakout sessions as a distinguished guest speaker, illuminating our minds in a profound classes on Yom Kippur.

We have something exciting in store for our young community members. Prepare for an engaging children's program filled with fun activities and valuable teachings, creating meaningful memories for the entire family.


 

CHILDREN'S PROGRAM

Ignite your child's High Holiday experience with our Xtreme Fun program, catering to kids aged 8-12. Bursting with excitement and entertainment, this engaging program promises an unforgettable journey. From dynamic outdoor games to creative workshops and thought-provoking discussions, your child will embark on an action-packed adventure that infuses the spirit of the holidays with pure joy.

For our younger participants aged 3-7, our dedicated Madrijim team is here to provide a nurturing and delightful experience. Through age-appropriate activities, stories, and crafts, your little ones will be engaged and cared for while you partake in the holiday services.

NOTE: We will not offer children's program during Kol Nidrei, only in the day Yom Kippur
 

We appreciate your cooperation in knowing that the volunteers and teacher staff reserve the right to return the children to their parents for any behavior deemed unsafe to themselves or others.

By participating in Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah services at the SDJA hosted by Aish San Diego (“Services”) the bearer of this ticket:
1.      Knowingly and willingly assumes the risks associated with the declared  COVID -19 Pandemic in the United States for any and all participation in the Services in any capacity, including but not limited to volunteering, participating in, or attending Services;
2.     Releases and waives any liability of Aish San Diego, including but not limited to, its board members, clergy, employees, event coordinator(s), agents, officers, officials, volunteers, all sponsors and vendors (“Aish San Diego”), as well as the San Diego Jewish Academy ("SDJA"), including but not limited to its board members, agents, officers, elected and appointed officials, employees and volunteers for personal injury, damages, loss of property, or injury of any degree;   
3.     Defends, indemnifies and holds harmless Aish San Diego and the SDJA from any and all  damage, personal injury, and/or any other loss resulting from participation in the Services;
4.      AGREES TO OBEY ALL TRAFFIC LAWS, SIGNS ON YOUR WAY TO, FROM, AND WHEN ON THE SDJA CAMPUS.   DRIVE SLOWLY AND SAFELY WHEN ENTERING, PARKING, AND EXITING THE EVENT AREA.    BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS ATTENDING THE EVENT, PARK PATRONS, EVENT STAFF AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS;
5.          Acknowledges and accepts Aish San Diego and the SDJA provide no special warranty, either express or implied to participants in the Services;
6.         Acknowledges Aish San Diego and the SDJA assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise;
7.          Agrees to use care and good judgment and to obey all laws, rules and regulations of Aish San Diego and SDJA, including but not limited to compliance with with all requests made by Aish San Diego and the SDJA;
8.         Acknowledges Aish San Diego and the SDJA reserve the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this Disclaimer and
9.         Acknowledges refunds are only available at the discretion of Aish of San Diego and SDJA.
